Create a Telegram bot with BotFather, paste the token into the VCT Launcher's secret vault, and pair it to an orchestrator project. The module will handle authentication and routing from there.
Your agents will be able to reach you wherever you are: a failed test, a long-running build, a question the AI can't answer on its own — all coming through as Telegram messages. Reply in natural language to steer.
Pairs with MAO's ask-human flow: when the maestro hits a decision point, you get a Telegram prompt, and your answer goes back into the plan.
